FISTS UP HIGH, AFROS ARE CONFIDENT, WHILE 115 MILLION WATCHED...

Updated: Mar 14, 2020

New York Times state, "Super Bowl 50 was the third most-watched television program in television history." Lady Gaga sung the national Anthem with applause from many, Bruno Mars took over the state with his old-school funk and gyrating moves, and we can't forget about Cold Play. With that being said not a single soul missed the debut performance of Beyoncé Knowles' Formation, which was accompanied by 30 black females wearing black leather, fortified afros and not to mention their black berets that’s consequently brought a riot of nay sayers. A bad taste was left in the mouths of the Caucasian community. Not to mention, ironically, the Beyhive Diva left a bad taste with her fellow race as well.

Not yet five years old Beyoncé’s daughter, Blue Ivy, was greeted with hate as soon as her newborn straightness changed into unprocessed kinky curls. Black men and women pointed and laughed at the fact that she publicly embraced Blue's natural. Comedians reprimanded her as well as the B.E.T. Network's writers using Blue's hair as the "Butt" of their jokes. And if that wasn't enough, she even gets compared to bi-racial North West, daughter of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. When will it stop? When will we support the men and women who risk their important contacts and business relations with the "Big Wigs" of the industry?

It takes courage, confidence and pride to tell the world who you are and what you are proud to be... A NEGRO. Thank you Beyoncé for strategically prancing around the football field with millions watching, telling white America how much you love your Afro hair and your Negro nose. All this, while paying homage to the Black Panther Party’s 50th anniversary of their “Formation”.
